Support Baseline Lifecycle

Every digital product purchase (SaaS web application template, standalone software script, or automation engine framework) grants the customer access to 12 Months of Free Technical Support starting directly from the confirmation day of the transaction.

  • Scope Bounds: Support covers fixing native source code syntax errors, addressing platform initialization bugs, and answering setup specification deployment questions.
  • Support Renewals: Once the initial 12-month sequence completes, your access to active engineering assistance automatically expires. Continued technical help requires purchasing a support extension package.

Customizations & Extra Services

Our free support lifecycle strictly guarantees the integrity of our software in its **unmodified, default out-of-the-box state**.

If you require custom software alterations, extra features, third-party API configurations, or theme redesign adjustments, these requests represent specialized consulting jobs billed completely separately.

💡 Bespoke Pricing: Fees for additional feature additions vary based on architectural complexity, engineering time metrics, and custom operational specifications.

Lifetime Product Updates

Purchasing code assets from FogScript grants you lifetime access to standard version adjustments, patches, performance updates, and native security bug fixes for that specific product line item without extra charges.

*Note: This structure rules out major core product re-architectures launched separately as brand new system standalone applications.

Digital Assets Licensing & Misuse

All source code architectures distributed through our checkout channels represent copyrighted properties. Your purchase unlocks a specific usage license contract:

⛔ Resale Prohibitions: You are strictly banned from repackaging, subleasing, or distributing alternative standalone code copies of our software scripts or templates on alternative open-source hubs, forums, or marketplaces.

⛔ Modification Rights: You hold full rights to optimize or tweak the software code explicitly for private application deployment scenarios. However, modified instances are ineligible for free developer support.

Digital Delivery Refund Notice

Because FogScript deals directly in intangible, downloadable software structures, web applications, and clear text digital files, all processed transaction payments remain final and entirely non-refundable once delivery assets are transferred.

We urge every client to review product feature specifications, interact with live application preview environments, and watch explanatory setup documentation video resources prior to completing any checkout sequences.

Completing any asset acquisition process triggers automatic legally binding validation alignment with these structural customer conditions.
